The Council meets in the Village Hall (Clevedon Road, Walton in Gordano, Clevedon, BS21 7AY), on the 2nd Monday of every month, at 7.00pm except August.

The May meeting is called the Annual Meeting of the Council. It elects the Chair and Vice Chair for the coming year, and also elects Councillors to represent them on other organisations, known as ‘outside bodies’. The Council has no Committees or Working Groups.
